An established small business relied on its WordPress website to support its customers and maintain a professional online presence.
The website was hosted and accessible, but it was not enrolled in our ongoing Site Shield protection plan. This meant the site did not receive our scheduled WordPress maintenance, security monitoring, off-site backups, and general site-health reviews.
The Challenge
The client contacted us after encountering additional security warnings when attempting to visit the website.
They tried opening the site in an incognito browser window, but the same warning appeared. This suggested the problem was not simply related to their normal browser history, cache, or login session and required a deeper review of the website and its supporting systems.

Why This Matters
We worked with POBCO to completely redesign their website and develop a custom-built quoting tool tailored to their business. The new site features an intricate filtering system that allows customers to quickly narrow down products by configuration, size, and other specifications. Once products are selected, buyers can add them to a shopping cart and seamlessly submit a request for a custom quote.
To maintain security and control, we built in an account registration system—customers must first be approved by POBCO before they can submit quotes. This ensures that only verified users move forward in the process, protecting both POBCO and its buyers.
The Response
Because the website was not covered by Site Shield, the issue had to be handled as an unplanned diagnostic and repair request.
The response process includes:
